Any cancellations of appointments should be made aware to Steph at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time via telephone, message or email.
Cancellations of appointments within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee.
Failure to attend / notify of cancellation of appointments will also be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
