Appointments booked for humans will have a duration of approximately one hour consisting of a full body assessment and a tailored treatment programme specific to the client.
Generally there are no side effects from the treatment sessions, although, each individuals' response to the treatment session is entirely independent to the individual themselves, however, some may experience fatigue and short spells of discomfort following their session within the first 24 hours post session.
Yes, these contraindications include pregnancy within the first and last trimester, any person experiencing any symptoms of the flu or covid, a high fever, undiagnosed lumps or bumps, skin rashes or open wounds.
Appointments booked for equines will have a duration of approximately one hour consisting of a full body assessment and a dynamic evaluation along with a tailored treatment programme specific to the requirements of the client.
Yes, these contraindications consist of severe lameness, undiagnosed rashes or swellings, symptoms indicating fever and high temperature and colic.
Steph provides services within the United Kingdom across the Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk regions with human appointments primarily based within Cheveley and Kentford in addition to providing services internationally within the Czech Republic, France and the United Arab Emirates. Appointment cancellations should be notified at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time via telephone, message or email. Cancellations of appointments within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee. Failure to attend / notify of cancellation of appointments will also be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
